This application is not intended as a game, but as a tool leveraging mnemonic techniques to facilitate memory retention through spatial associations.

By utilizing this app, users can generate visual representations—akin to those created by elite memory athletes—via simple Excel sheet data. Mastery of this method enables effective use of the right hemisphere of the brain for faster and more durable memorization, with visual prompts providing quick recall even if details are momentarily forgotten.

Depending on the training regimen, it is possible to memorize complex sequences such as a deck of playing cards or replicate entire Othello boards with precision.

Operational Overview

• The virtual memory space is accessed by selecting "Memory Palace" from the menu interface.
• Navigation within the space utilizes the four-way controller located on the left, enabling movement left, right, forward, and backward.
• The right side of the interface manages directional orientation—up, down, left, right.
• Data files are selected through the "Select Excel file" option; sample data can be accessed via "ImageStorySample.xlsx".

The Excel data format is straightforward: each entry contains a keyword or layer URL, followed by the associated image URL. Only one image per cell is supported; images are displayed in sequence when arranged side by side. Supported formats include JPG and PNG; GIF images are not compatible. Users should be cautious with very large images to prevent memory issues.

The app also supports VR mode. During VR use, terminal operations can be performed with compatible gamepads, such as the "8BitDo Zero 2".

All data files are stored in the directory: Documents/Memory Palace/gdrive.
